I am using Eclipse and am constantly getting this error saying "an error has occurred.See error log for more details. java.lang.RuntimeException"

Please provide the error message from the log files.

Try removing the cache directory (usually C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Hewlett-Packard\OpenView\Service Desk) and then trying the client again
